To equip food and beverage service staff with the knowledge and application skills in Prepare for Service (Mise en Place) and be able to apply them to the workplace.
Upon successful completion of this programme, the learner will have the knowledge and application skills in Prepare for Service (Mise En Place), which includes:
Check set-up of outlet
Prepare mise en place for service
Service Crew, Beverage Crew and all F&B service personnel.
No formal qualification - Participants should have the ability to converse, read & write in English.
