By the end of the course, learners will be: 
Aware of the jobs and digital skills required in the current and future digital economy Able to work in a technology-rich environment and know the associated cybersecurity. Aware of various digital applications and tools in food services industry, including widely applicable national or sectoral platforms. Aware of how data and information can be used. Able to perform functional outcomes e.g. use of digital tools and software to access various learning paths and content for retail. Able to follow or develop a post-course action plan to continue learning (i.e., to identify courses that would allow participants to further deepen their skills in the four key areas for food services industry).

Minimum Entry Requirement
Candidates should meet the following entry requirements: 16 years and above No formal qualification Able to speak, listen, read, and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 4 Workplace Literacy (WPL) Able to manage calculations at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 4 Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Possess foundational digital literacy skills required at the workplace
