- SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace 2.0 (SFDW 2.0) is designed to equip learners with essential digital skills to stay relevant and confident in today’s rapidly evolving workplace.
- Through practical, hands-on learning, participants will explore Artificial Intelligence, emerging digital AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and more while developing skills in data analytics, cybersecurity and automation.
- Learners will discover how these technologies can be applied to everyday work tasks to improve productivity, streamline processes and make better use of digital resources.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Understand the jobs and digital skills required in the current and future digital economy
- Gain awareness of workplace cybersecurity and its importance in maintaining a secure digital environment
- Use digital automation applications and Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-pilot, Google Gemini) to improve workplace productivity
- Understand basic Generative AI concepts, including how it works, its practical applications, and how to design prompts for clear, accurate, and effective outputs
- Learn how to leverage GenAI for Customer Engagement, such as deploying chatbots for pre- and post-sales support, with practical examples like Envoy by Voltade and AI by Cloud 8
- Apply GenAI for Content Creation to generate copy, optimise writing, and create customised marketing materials using tools like Guidesify
- Be aware of Generative AI risks, including managing bias, identifying misinformation, and using AI ethically and responsibly
- Use analytics tools and dashboards to transform data into actionable insights
- Navigate the SkillsFuture portal to access online tools, courses, and career development opportunities
- Create a personalised action plan to upgrade and upskill yourself using digital and AI-powered tools
- Understand new technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and their potential applications in workplace processes

- It is essential to bring a laptop in order to participate effectively and access digital course materials
- It is mandatory to have a Google Account in order to complete the Learning Activities

Minimum Entry Requirement
- Learners must be 16 years and above
- Learner must be able to read, write, and converse in English

The following assessment will be held at the end of the course:
- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) - 10 Questions with 4 options each - 30 Mins
- Short Answer Questions (SAQ) - 5 Questions - 30 Mins
