Course Objectives
Learn and acquire the knowledge and skills to prepare pastries like Fresh Fruit Tarts, Egg Tarts, Banana Choc Tarts, Quiche Florentine, and French Apple Frangipani. Learn recipes that are relevant to your work places or for your very own little home business.

Brief lecture, videos, show and tell, trainer demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussion and Q&A.

At the end of the programme, learners will be able to:
Learn to apply correct methods and techniques to prepare sucree (Sweet Pastry), Sweet (sablée) rich shortcrust and Short Crust (Brisée).
Set up equipment to bake pastries

Attire
- Wear Covered Shoes / Sneakers with socks
- Wear Long / Full Pants
- Have Clean, Short, Trimmed, Natural Nails (No nailpolish, gelish or artificial nails)
- Tie up Medium / Long Hair neatly
Note : Trainees may be sent back to change their attire if they fail to meet the above requirements
