By the end of this course the learner will be able to know:

How to identify operating procedures for equipment that process food waste How to determine the possible causes for food spoilage or wastage.
About different preventive measures to avoid food wastage and cross contamination.

Minimum Entry Requirement
Able to read, write and speak in English (WLPN Level 3 and above)
Min 21 years old
Primary school level onwards education
Skills and knowledge of the F & B domain across industries
No prior experience is required
Learners who do not meet the MER may be considered through interviews on a case-by-case basis.
