This programme aims to enable learners to develop their sense making skills in order for them to be able to collect, analyse and interpret information and data to conclude and/or make decisions.
Learners will leverage sources of qualitative and quantitative information and data to recognise patterns, spot opportunities, infer insights and inform decisions.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to: Gather and filter information using appropriate tools and techniques
Apply processing techniques to process different information sources

Identify relationships and linkages of information and data
Share conclusion and/or impact based on reviewed information
Executives, Secretaries, Personal Assistants,Office Administrators and anyone who wants to learn how to make informed decisions by making sense of information and data
