To enable learners to experience and differentiate between 5 different region of coffee by cupping method.

Brief lecture, videos, show and tell, trainer demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussion and Q&A.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the programme, learners will be able to:
 Know the roast profile, processing methods, region and taste profile of each bean.
 Input their thoughts and taste profiles individually into their worksheets.
 Prepare brews for 5 Different Types of Beans using cupping method. Guatemala, India, Brazil, Columbia & Ethiopia (ILLY COFFEE).
