This unit is designed to provide learners with practical knowledge and skills that will enable them to interact with guests and serve food and beverage guests and apply them to the workplace. There will be 8 hours of interactive online activities covering essential aspects of the processes and procedures required before applying them through hands-on activities throughout the 2-day face1-to-face1 session in the classroom.
Interactive online activities such as mini-quizes, forums and discussions Mini lectures with presentations to explain concepts and theories Practical activities including demonstrations, hands-on practice and observation Mutual sharing, discussion and feedback.
On completion of this unit, learners shall be able to apply the following at the workplace: Preparing to interact with guests Assisting guests with seating Take food & beverage orders Serving beverages Picking-up food orders Serving food Presenting bills Assisting guests with departure
Service Crew, Beverage Crew and all F&B service personnel.
