Equipped learners with knowledge and application skills in Interacting With and Serve Food and Beverage Guests and be able to apply them to the workplace.
Interactive online activities such as mini-quizes, forums and discussions
Mini lectures with presentations to explain concepts and theories
Practical activities including demonstrations, hands-on practice and observation
Mutual sharing, discussion and feedback
On completion of this unit, learners shall be able to apply the following at the workplace:
Preparing to interact with guests
Assisting guests with seating
Take food & beverage orders
Picking-up food orders
Assisting guests with departure
Service Crew, Beverage Crew and all F&B service personnel.
