Course Objectives

Participants will be able to plan daily work to meet WSH requirements, identify hazards and implement risk controls whilst complying with WSH requirements.

For Whom

This course aims to provide people already working or wishing to enter the manufacturing industry with the skills and knowledge required to apply WSH policies. The Competency Unit would be appropriate for people with job titles such as Manufacturing Operator.

 

Admission Criteria

    Those completed Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) or above and are able to speak, read and write in English, or

    Those who had completed and passed the following Employability Skills System (ESS) Competency Rating

Listening / Speaking – Minimum of Level 3

Reading / Writing – Minimum of Level 3

Numeracy – Minimum of Level 3
