On completion of this unit, the learner will be able to carry out the required task with competency in using the knowledge and skills acquired to prepare and serve speciality coffee. There will be 8 hours of interactive online activities covering essential aspects of the processes and procedures required before applying them through hands-on activities throughout the 2-day face1-to-face1 session in the classroom.
Interactive online activities such as mini-quizes, forums and discussions Mini lectures with presentations to explain concepts and theories Practical activities including demonstrations, hands-on practice and observation Mutual sharing, discussion and feedback.
