1-day short programme that trains participants with the skills to prepare the following halal food dishes:
Ayam Masak Merah
Introduction of the dishes to be prepared for the session
Demonstration followed by the hands-on cooking by the trainees using the recommended ingredients to prepare the dishes
Participants will also be introduced to basic kitchen safety and food hygiene.
At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
Measure ingredients correctly
Handle and operate the required equipment correctly without any hazards
Do simple plating and decoration of the finished products
Anyone aspiring to learn something new and upskill
This programme is suitable for:
The programme will be delivered through lectures, show & tell, demonstration and hands-on practise.
At the end of the programme, participants will be awarded with a certificate of attendance issued by Eduquest International Institute.
